Subscription Policy
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you select the subscription option at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring plan for your chosen product. This means your payment method will be charged automatically at regular intervals (e.g., monthly). Each charge corresponds to a new order, which will be processed and shipped to the address on file.
Our subscription requires a minimum of two deliveries — your initial order and one recurring order. After the second delivery, you may cancel at any time.
2. Managing Your Subscription
We make it easy for you to manage your subscription at any time:
- 
Through your customer portal (link provided in your order confirmation and renewal emails) 
- 
Using the “Manage Subscription” button in the header menu of our website 
- 
By emailing our support team at help@salamwellness.com 
You can update your billing information, skip an order, change the next charge date, or cancel your subscription (after the second order) through any of these methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
All subscriptions have a two-order minimum. You may cancel your subscription after your second order has been processed. Early cancellation requests before the second charge will not be approved unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, order errors).
Once a charge has been processed and an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Refunds on Subscriptions
Refunds are only issued if:
- 
A subscription is canceled after the second order and before the next billing date, or 
- 
The product is returned to us under our Return & Refund Policy 
If you forget to cancel before the renewal, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
5. Communication
We send email confirmations for every subscription order, including renewal reminders and links to manage your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email on file is accurate and up to date.
